What to bring
Bring both of these, or you won't be able to register:
- Proof of citizenship. For example: a U.S. passport, a birth certificate, naturalization documents, or a Utah driver license or ID card that shows U.S. citizenship.
- Proof of your current address. For example: a utility bill, bank statement, paycheck stub, or government document with your name and the address where you live now. A Utah driver license works if it has your current address.
Bring the originals, not photos on your phone. Still not sure what counts? Call the Utah County Elections Office at (801) 851-8128 before you go.
Do you have a Utah driver license or state ID card?
Not sure what any of this means? . It works for everyone.
The address where you live. This is what determines your voting district, polling location, and elected representatives.
The address where you receive mail. This is where your ballot and any correspondence will be sent.

To make this request, you must prove that you qualify by submitting an at-risk designation request form, and any required proof, to your county clerk. You may obtain the form, and information on the proof required, from your county clerk or at vote.utah.gov.
